Ndekela holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Lusaka. In the year 2018 she was admitted to the bar and became an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia. She began her legal career with the firm and she has been actively involved in the Civil Litigation Department. She conducts litigation relating to Commercial Transactions, debt collection, labour matters, among others.
She further has experience in settling of disputes on behalf of clients through litigation and alternative means such as Mediation and Arbitration. In addition she has experience in drafting of legal opinions as well as drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements. Furthermore, she is experienced in conveyancing matters which include the preparation of lease agreements, assignments the registration of mortgages and deeds of transfer.
